Today is Ramanavami.
Here is a popular compostion by Shri Purandaradasaru which narrates that just by chanting the name of ‘Rama’ as Vedic verse,
one can easily rob (sUregoMbu) the heaven i.e., very easily attain abode/emancipation.
There are many other versions of this compositon.

Hey man (hE manuja), make the name of RAMA as Vedic verse (rAma maMtrava) and chant repeatedly (japiso)

Dont' believe (necci) in any other verse (A maMtra I maMtra) and deceit (keDabEDa) yourself (nI)
This is the verse (maMtra) Lord SOMASHEKHARA said (hELida) to his (tanna) wife (bhAmini/sati)

Even the mean person (kulahInanAdarU) can chant (japisuva) this mantra loudly (kUgi)
all of them in the main/small roads (tale bIdi bIdyoLu) say (nuDiva) this mantra
many (halavu) evils/sins (pApaMgaLa) will be reduced (hasanugoLisuva) by this mantra

instrumental (sAdhanada) verse (maMtra) for meditation/silence (dhyAna maunaMgaLige)
