    I have a question, regarding Dosa!

    How come all the Dosa's made in Resturant are far more crispier than the ones made in Home?

    Provided ur dosa batter is right, u just have to use a flat dosa tawa(electric tawa preferred as heat is even) and spread the dosas as thin as possible... keep the temp on low-med and use oil liberally... cook only on one side... nalla crispyaa varum...

    Oh thanks Dev, I will give it a go. but still prefer the shop one over my mum's dosa

    and they say a bit of thuvar dhal is used while grinding the dosa batter in hotels... when cooked, nalla color varumnu solluvanga...
