Another movie that merits mention is 'Anubavi Raja Anubavi'. I think he gave one of his best performances in this film. Especially villager Nagesh's reaction when mistaken for the son in the city. And who can forget 'Muthu kulikka varigala'..?!

Firstly, thanks Joe for starting this thread.

Nagesh has proven time and time again that he has great versatility. And his agility still amazes me. His role of Kamal’s father in VRMBBS was believable and entertaining. I particularly like Nagesh’s role in Avvai Shanmughi. Class act!

It always seemed to me that Manorama and Nagesh complimented each other, and seemed to add lustre to each other's part!! Countless movies, including Anubhavi R A, Saraswathi Sabatham!!

And my fav dialog in Thiruvilayadal...

"Ungala maathiri naalu peru...uh hmm...neenga ortharey pothum!!!"

I think Nagesh is a big reason for the success of 'Kaathalikka Neramillai '..named his company as 'Oho Productions' ,all his scenes ,story telling to Balaih ,Teaching Sachu how to act ,rehersal at home all are laugh riots .Apart from the classic 'Story telling scene ,my favorite is .Nagesh teaches the heroin how to act in love scene.

Hi Kumar, long time no see!

Nagesh has this small typically CRazy line in Panchatantram that had me in splits.
Nagesh has consumed considerable amount of 'ice-coffee'. The policeman stops him and finds the gang talking weird
