I usually fix traditional meals. We had idli, sambar, coconut chutney with urad dhal vadai.
For dinner, I cooked ghee rice, chicken curry, raita and payasam for dinner. I was able to share the food with few relatives by having them picked up. Odi pOch...

In contrast, our Dinner a couple of days before Christmas...

priya: What about gifts under Christmas tree?

Kids are living in digital age, Raj! E-cards and some in person clothing purchases. They might not like the ones you buy them. So I happened to go out with them right before Christmas and bought their choices of gifts. No gifts under the trees anymore!
