    Kugan's Kitchen Part 7

Thanks Selviem for your nice post. Post the recipe at your ease.
I know how they do Tangri kebab, that is Indian style.
We have another version called tangri chicken, Asian style,
They use juice of tangerine, its peel and also its slices.
Please post your version of tangri chicken.
    Thanks and take care, Kugan

    Salt to taste

Oh, Selvieam, so sorry to hear that your son is having chickenpox.
Last year this same time Aishu and a Ruben were having chicken pox
It is so difficult when children have them.
Selvieam, I applied calamine lotion on the spots.
Daily bathed them, gave young coconut water, bananas called "pacainadaan"
They will be little greenish and yellowish in color.
Give them neer moru, and also cooling fruit juices
Also you know sago, I boiled them , added curds and gave them.
Food wise, only porridge with verges.
Lined their bed with Veppa ellai. That,s all I know Selvieam.
Do not worry, pray to Amman, everything will be all right.
Ask him not to scratch the spots. Take care Selvieam

This is how the bananas look like:
