Dear Kugan, I also made your crispy pacha arisi dosai again this weekend. It was a hit with our kids' friends; came out so good! I get many requests for it from my friends also.

Thanx kugan...rice looks delicious..but I want the basil spicy fried rice..The one from the restaurant had basil,carrot,babycorn,red and green pepper,lots of basil and the rice was slightly brown from the sauce used..
Donna what they used in sauce,but could find lots a garlic,red chilli flakes...please post the recipe..

You know we can take to office as one pot meal.
All are very simple and healthy.
Kuganka, I always trouble with recipes, sorryka.
My mom gave me a recipe that she saw in T.V.

Well I asked my Thai friend for chicken fried rice
That's why she gave me that recipe. I have requested and she has posted,
the basil fried rice, as well two more tofu recipes.
