முன்பதிவு திடீர் நிறுத்தம்... மீண்டும் தள்ளிப் போகிறது கோச்சடையான் - உச்சகட்ட பரபரப்பு!!



சென்னை: சூப்பர் ஸ்டார் ரஜினியின் கோச்சடையான் படம் வெளியாவதில் திடீர் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. படத்தின் தயாரிப்பாளர் முரளி மனோகர் தரவேண்டிய கடன் தொகையை தராததால், படத்தை வெளியிடுவதை நிறுத்துவதாக விநியோகஸ்தர்கள் அறிவிக்க, அனைத்து திரையரங்குகளிலும் முன்பதிவு நிறுத்தப்பட்டது. கோச்சடையான் படம் நாளை மறுநாள் வெளியாகாது. வரும் மே 23-ம் தேதியன்று வெளியாகும் எனத் தெரிகிறது.

கோச்சடையான் ஆனால் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியான நாளிலிருந்து தினசரி ஒரு பிரச்சினையைச் சந்தித்து வருகிறது இந்தப் படம். அத்தனை நாள் இருந்த இடம் தெரியாமல் இருந்த தமிழ் சினிமா கூட்டமைப்பு என்ற ஒன்று, திடீரென முளைத்து படத்துக்கு எதிராக கொடிபிடிக்க ஆரம்பித்தது. தயாரிப்பாளர் முரளி மனோகரின் பழைய கடன்களையெல்லாம் அடைத்தால்தான் (ரூ 36 கோடி) கோச்சடையானை ரிலீஸ் பண்ணவிடுவோம் என்றார்கள். இந்தக் கடன்களெல்லாம் சூர்யாவின் மாற்றான் உள்ளிட்ட படங்களை முரளி மனோகர் வெளியிட்டதால் வந்தது. அதை கோச்சடையான் ரிலீஸின்போது கறந்துவிட வேண்டும் என்பதால் கழுத்தை நெறிக்க ஆரம்பித்தனர். அந்தப் பிரச்சினையை ஒருவழியாகப் பேசி படத்தை 9-ம் தேதியே வெளியிட முடிவு செய்து விளம்பரங்கள் வெளியாகின. ஒரு பக்கம் திரையரங்க உரிமையாளர்கள் அதிக சதவீதம் வேண்டி பிரச்சினை செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தனர். இன்னொரு பக்கம் விநியோகஸ்தர்கள் தங்களுக்கு தரவேண்டிய ரூ 36 கோடியை இப்போதே வைத்தாக வேண்டும் என நெருக்கடி கொடுக்க, கடைசியில் கோச்சடையான் அதற்கு பலியாகிவிட்டது. இப்போதைய நிலவரப்படி, கோச்சடையான் படம் வரும் 9-ம் தேதி வெளியாகாது. வரும் 23-ம் தேதி வெளியாகும் என ரசிகர் மன்றங்கள் மற்றும் தியேட்டர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சமீப வருடங்களில் எந்தப் படத்துக்கும் நடக்காத அளவு படு வேகமாக இந்தப் படத்துக்கான முன்பதிவு நடந்தது. இப்போது பட வெளியீடு தள்ளிப் போனதால், முன்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட தொகையை விரும்புபவர்கள் திரும்பப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம் அல்லது 23-ம் தேதி வரை பொறுத்திருக்கலாம்.

கோச்சடையானுக்காக அனைத்து திரையரங்குகள் முன்பும் ரசிகர்கள் சார்பில் வைக்கப்பட்ட பிரமாண்ட கட் அவுட்டுகள், பேனர்களை ரசிகர்கள் இப்போது கழற்றிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள். ஒரு பிரமாண்ட திருமணம், கடைசி நேரத்தில் நிறுத்தப்பட்டது போன்ற ஏமாற்றத்துடன் திரும்பிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள் ரசிகர்கள். அரசின் கை? கோச்சடையானுக்கு நேர்ந்துள்ள நெருக்கடியின் பின்னணியில் அரசின் பங்கும் இருப்பதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது. தயாரிப்பாளர் முரளி மனோகர் சொன்ன சமாதனத்தை ஏற்று பட வெளியீட்டை 9-ம் தேதி வைத்துக் கொள்ள முதலில் சம்மதித்த விநியோகஸ்தர்கள் சங்கம், திடீரென பின் வாங்கி நெருக்கடி கொடுத்துள்ளதற்கு ஆட்சி மேலிடமும் ஒரு காரணம் என்கிறார்கள். அடுத்து, அபிராமி ராமநாதன். இவர் திடீரென படத்துக்குப் பேசிய தொகையைத் தராமல், விலையைக் குறைக்குமாறு நெருக்கடி தந்துள்ளார். மேலும் திரையரங்குகளுக்கு 75 சதவீத பங்கு தரவேண்டும் என்றும் திரையரங்க உரிமையாளர்கள் திடீர் போர்க்கொடி தூக்கியுள்ளனர். இவை அனைத்தும் இந்த கடைசி மூன்று நாட்களில் நிகழ்ந்தவை. இதனால்தான் சில தியேட்டர்கள் கடைசிவரை கோச்சடையான் படத்தை எடுக்காமல் இருந்ததாகக் கூறுகிறார்கள்.

Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyan release postponed

CHENNAI: Superstar Rajinikanth's film 'Kochadaiyan will not hit the screens on May 9 as scheduled. "Kocadaiyan release has been postponed, due to a court order. I cannot reveal any more detail on that," a source close to the super star's family told The Times of India.

Confirming the news, the producers posted a brief announcement on line saying: "Dear patrons we are sorry to inform you that Kochadaiyan, scheduled for May 9, has been postponed. Those of you who have purchased tickets online will get refund through respective banks.

Inquiries revealed that the film ran into legal hurdles after the Oriental Bank of Commerce moved a court in Chennai seeking repayment of loan running to more than Rs 40 crore.

The part-animation film has been shot with "motion capture photo-realistic 3D technology".

all court orders are public !! court orders can be never secret.. have some common sense.. best advance booking in recent years it seems .. Thatstamil/oneindia is a biased Rajini supporter, but this is too much .. obviously the problems are business/trade oriented .. 'Kochadiiyaan' faces a legal hurdle

Last night, an official press release from the makers of 'Kochadiiyaan' confirmed that the film will not release on May 9 as scheduled and it has been postponed to May 23. The reason cited in the press release for the delay was 'Technical Issues'.

However a reliable source reveals that the postponement was unavoidable due to legal hurdles faced by the producers. A leading Bank has moved the court for the repayment of the loan of Rupees 40 crores before the release of the film.

'Kochadiiyaan' stars Superstar Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. The film is India's first Performance Capture Photo Realistic film directed by Soundarya Ashwin, the younger daughter of Rajinikanth.

The advance bookings for the film started on May 7 but they were stopped owing to the issue that has hampered the release. Money will be refunded to those who have already booked the tickets.
