Why less "native" Tamilian - Young Girls & Women as Film Actresses

In the present day Tamil Films produced in Tamil Nadu, we donot see many "native" Tamilian - Young Girls and Women in Feminine roles as popular Actresses..

    (1) Is it because a 'section' of the Tamil Nadu - Film World 'feels' that they are running short of 'beautiful' 'native' Tamil - Young Girls and Women in Tamil Nadu to be selected as Film Actresses in leading roles in the Tamil Films produced in Tamil Nadu ??

    (2) "Is it fair and justified to overlook the 'native' Tamil - Young Girls and Women of Tamil Nadu - 'in preference' to others from elsewhere" - many of whom doesnot even know to speak few words in Tamil Language - to portray as Tamil Heroines or to act in Tamil Feminine roles in Tamil Film Stories, most of which are centering around the Tamil Nadu villages and cities and connected with the "Tamilian way of life".

    (3) Tamil Nadu is already suffering from "caste" calamity among Tamils, "religious calamity" among Tamils, and now is the Tamil Nadu Film World suppressing the "native Tamilians" from raising their heads as leading Tamil Actresses & Actors in the Tamil Films produced in Tamil Nadu, giving more opportunities to the non-Tamilians from the other States ?? Should not they give a "very serious thought of changing this situation" at an early date ??

I feel culturally Tamils feel getting into Cine field is a black dot for self and their family, that could be a reason why we don't find many heroines from Tamil background - its not about beauty/ color.
Even if you see there are not many heroines from Kannada background very few as they too feel the same - the bunch of them in south India come from either Andra/ Kerala. its not about correct/ wrong - its about the mind set.
