    TFI dominate National Awards

Best director, actor, actress, supporting actor, supporting actress, editing..

Especially glad for Vetri, Dhanush & Saranya (haven't seen Thenmerku paravakatru, but one of the undervalued actresses)

Oh I saw TMPK.. No great shakes, IMO. She was better in Kalavaani. Anyway glad she won.

    Sukumaari for which film?

I'm not that big a fan of her mother roles off-late. But just the fact she had the most expressive face & was able to a create memorable character without much fuss in Nayakan (would say she slightly deserved over Archana's Veedu which won NA best actress, mostly coz it was more of an 'art film') lingers in a 80's child's mind. Archana/Saranya were in deed refreshing change coz the idea of performance in 80's were all about BR's & KB's caricatures (clue: Su-ha-si-ni)
