    Question about Malabar adai

    Hi, I once had a really wonderful adai at my friend's house, long ago. Her parents were from Palakkad. The adai was very chewy, wonderfully tasty, thick and very dark in colour. Her mom served it with a pat of plain white butter. Is this what's known as Malabar adai?

    Please, if someone knows the answer to my question, and also the recipe for this adai, please reply! If this isnt Malabar adai, I'd like the recipe for Malabar adai as well...
