    South Indian Layered Parota

    Mrs Mano posted the layered parota recipe in the old forumhub site - which I was most happy to see!!

    I have a few Qs on the recipe:

    1. What can I use in stead of eggs? I do not eat eggs;
    2. Is plain flour(maida) the same as white bread flour? The shops also carry pastry flour...so I am not sure which to use;
    3. "Spread ½ to 1sp oil on the ball and keep them covered for some time. " - how long is 'some time'?

    Thanks!!
