Dear frienz, try this dip for this holidays.



GUACAMOLE DIP

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
½ cup red onion minced
2 green chillies, minced
2 tbs coriander leaves chopped fine
1 tbs lime juice or little more
½ tsp salt or to taste
Little black pepper powder
½ big tomato, chopped with pulp and seeds removes.

Method:

Cut and remove the seeds of the avocados.
Scoop out the flesh, put into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Add in all the other ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate till ready to use.
Serve with tortilla chips.

She is not that happy, I might visit her in India before she returns.

NOV uncle, you have made me drool with all the food you had
At first I used to convert US dollars to RM.
My head will go round, I cannot buy anything.
Now I am used to all that. I cook all my food.

NOV uncle, I too love the kuih kapit.
My Italian friend taught me to make a similar version of the kuih.
I am posting it for every one.
