Suvai, I have posted the elaneer payasam in Kugan's Kitchen 3.
Not only that, elaneer subji, and also elaneer rasam
The recipes are in Kugan's Kitchen 3. Page 26.
Since you are a gem, I will repost the payasam recipe for you.
TENDER COCONUT PAYASAM
Ingredients:
1 cup tender coconut pieces. (cut into small pieces)
2 cups fresh milk
1 cup tender coconut water
5 tbs sugar
2 tbs condensed milk
1 tbs cashew nuts roasted
1 tbs raisins roasted
2 tbs ghee
Little cardamom powder
Method:
Wipe the tender coconuts a little dry.
Heat the ghee in a pot, add in the tender coconut pieces
and fry for a while.
Pour 2 cups of the milk into the pot and cook the tender coconuts.
Stir continuously as the milk thickens.
Now add in the sugar, condensed milk.
Add in the fried nuts and raisins
Add in the tender coconut water.
Let it boil once, add in the cardamom powder.
Remove from fire and cool.
It tastes best when chilled.

FRIED CHICKEN BALLS (kugan)
Gulabjamun, sorry ma. Try this recipe and see.

FRIED CHICKEN BALLS
Ingredients:
500 grms ground chicken meat
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tbs corn flour
2 small shallots ground
½ tsp ginger ground
1 green chillie ground
1 egg white
Salt to taste
For Frying:
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup corn flour
Little salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well for the chicken balls.
Form into balls, the size of a small marble.
Set on waxed paper.
Mix well the ingredients for frying .
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan.
Roll the balls in the flour to coat.
Fry in the oil, until the balls float and are golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with chillie sauce or plum sauce.
Stick a tooth pick in each ball.
It will look pretty as a starter for parties.

I presume Gulabjamun wanted this type.
Suvai you too, is this the type of payasam you wanted or a different type.

Selviem, try the chicken balls for your children.
You know nowadays they have seasoned flour to fry chicken and things.
You can use the flour too.
Otherwise, just dip the chicken balls in beaten egg, and roll it in bread crumbs.
