    That I got to agree, although I must also admit that ARR has given many good songs to quite a number of undeserved directors, Kathir included

    According to hearsay, he was the first director to approach ARR (even before Mani). That's why ARR doesn't say no to him.

    Yes.. Thats true.. Kadhir had approached ARR for 'Uzhavan' even before Mani. And hence the soft corner.
