The credit for the dialogues in the 'Chathrapathi Shivaji' piece in RER should go to Perarignar Anna & Kaviyarasar Kannadhasan. Majority of the lines in this melodrama were written by Kaviyarasar.

People are often confused with the dialogue writer's name with respect to NT's Shivaji pieces.

1. 'Shivaji Kanda Indhu Rajyam' Drama(1946) : Perarignar Anna

2. 'Chathrapathi Shivaji' in RER(1970) : Perarignar Anna & Kaviyarasar Kannadhasan

3. 'Chathrapathi Shivaji' Television Documentary Film(1974) : Kavignar Thanjai Vaanan.

vp kattabomman when suucessfully going on stages only picturisaion idea inttiated and never mgr was thoght for the movie to my best of knowlege.the changes made between ssr ang gemini was indeed correct. ssr was busy with sivagangaiseemai.

The himalayan success of karnan was not accepted by other side people hence some posters critising karnan and the producers are seen in some places of the city. Let us not bother these things nothing new for us.
Karnan made tremendrous collections wherever screened infact surpassed new movies collections in some places acc to press.releases.
Because of jelousy they have done. Let us ignore all these and infact thankful to the prodcers for having given this successful project.

I only knew the play was Anna's. But I wasn't sure if these lines were taken from that. Thanks for information.
