16 reasons NOT to buy a new iPad (including 7 that haven’t changed from earlier iPads)
Reason 1: You already have an iPad
Reason 2: The retina display is mostly marketing hype
Reason 3: High-res apps will take more memory
Reason 4: 4G/LTE is expensive
Reason 5: 4G/LTE doesn’t work in a lot of places
Reason 6: The porn issue
Reason 7: The size
Reason 8: iPad 2 accessories won’t necessarily work
Reason 9: It’s still not 16×9
Reason 10: There’s still no USB port
Reason 11: You still have to use iTunes too often
Reason 12: There’s still no removable storage
Reason 13: Kindles are still much less expensive
Reason 14: You can still only run software approved by Apple
Reason 15: It still can’t be used as a standalone computer
Reason 16: Apple still won’t let you write or run programs that execute programs
New iPad's VGA front camera and Apple's history of holding back from perfection
Original iPhone: No 3G when it was readily available on other phones
iPhone 3G: 412 MHz processor, 2 megapixel camera, no voice control
iPhone 3GS: 3 megapixel camera with VGA video
iPhone 4: VGA front facing camera limited to WiFi only FaceTime use
iPhone 4S: No 4G LTE or fast HSPA+ (limited to just 14.4 Mbps speeds) and no increase in screen size.
Original iPad: No cameras, 256 MB RAM
iPad 2: Same 1024 × 768 resolution display, VGA FFC, lame rear camera
New iPad (iPad 3): Limited VGA FFC

DH/Sakala/LM,
Bought a HTC explorer y'day.. as I was afraid tamil is not supported.. But saw a link that HTC explorer is the first HTC phone to support Tamil and Hindi through an OTA udpate.
But seems I cant get that udpate .. any way I can get it or make Tamil supported in my mobile.. throw your thoughts. Thanks.
