On the Film. It's the kind of existential rom-com that I like. Transcendental stuff.
Recently I was watching "Annie Hall", and I couldn't help but recall ESOTSM quite often.

lots of movies...quite a few pending for this weekend too....
Due Date - can be watched for the leads alone! thanks to ajay for rekindling my interest in a film which i'd decided not to watch mainly due to the average to below average ratings the reviewers had given...to hell with them! Zach, whatta man...his Don Corleone scene was . n RD Jr., perfect as always!
Devil - ok ok...
Burn After Reading - finally! lovedddddddd it! what a cast and what performances...watched it twice in a week. Clooney is unbelievable!
Unstoppable - thrilling ride

Biutiful - Bad. Innaritu I never considered I'd yearn for Arriaga (even if he also settles for simplistic surfacy contrivances)
Bardem - Good. Not a challenging character to start with (certainly not on par with some of his best, Before Night Falls or Mar Adentro)

Tom Cruise is good while also limited. But it's Jack Nicholson who kicks-Ass.
