The more he writes, more I admire this wise blogger. Much better than stuff you see in croocinfo
He completely debunks the cynical accusation against Dhoni by reporters recently for missing their press conference. I am with dhoni totally on this and am glad someone questioned these holy cow press people. Sad that popular cricketing discussions have no place for erudition such as this blogger brings

BTB Plum, any theories on what would be the motive? They wouldn't take up such an agenda against the primary revenue generator without a reason.
PS: Even you would have accept their hardwork in collecting and maintaining a rich (if not complete) database of cricket stats.

I've noticed articles related Indian cricket generating 100s of comments. More the negative tone, more the comments. It was good when it was under Wisden, I think.

That's the main reason I still go there.

I too have seen plenty of absurd comments from Pakistani and Bangladeshi fans. Indians get riled and fill up the comments section. End result is more hits for the site. ooru rendu patta koothaadikku kondaattam.
They posted an article on how their servers crashed due to overload during one of those Sachin specials (200 I think). Why stoop down to lower levels if Indin masses can generate so many hits without the controversies?
There was a certain standard when it was under Wisden. Now it has started going downhill. But I can't completely boycott Cricinfo because of their database .
Are there any other sites which provide live scores with good commentary apart from cricbuzz?

Hmm Are you guys saying Cricinfo is biased towards Indian Cricket ?? but why?
The main revenue of income comes from the Indian Cricket team ?
