Yeah, and sometimes it is perhaps easier to actually get work done than go through the charade of pretending to do work, and have something to show for it.

Yes to both.
Durby is short form for Durbhajan Singh, a modification of his name designed by me.
The prefix "dur" is a sanskrit appendage implying a negative influence. As in"durnAtram" "durdEvadai".
