CMDA may not have approved the layout since IMAX requires a taller structure may be. Or they might've required something something..

BTW, can someone explain at kilipillai level what is hub punditry, and wannabe punditry. Names please?
I ask this because "people" (PR wink) use the term hub pandidhargal (fake or genuine) in a very derogatory and caustic tone but then they are back to normal otherwise in addressing every hubber. Appo koo are there in this coveted list? Koo is hwhat?
