    Sweet potato is very good for health. my husband takes 2 pieces of boiled sweet potato without removing the skin for breakfast.

    here are the benefits which i got it from the net.


    Health Benefits of Sweet Potato :


    Sweet potato is rich in Vitamin A (betacarotene) and Vitamin C. Both Vitamins A and C are powerful antioxidants that work in the body to remove free radicals, this free radicals are chemicals that damage cells.


    Sweet potato is good for stomach ulcers and inflamed conditions of the colon.
    It is beneficial for low blood pressure.
    May be helpful for hemorrhoid because of its high fiber content.
    Sweet potato is a good food for people involved in heavy muscular work, since this food is high in vitamins and minerals.
    Sweet potato may help prevent cancer in glands and organs with epithelial tissue due to its high Vitamin A content.
    Sweet potato is a good food for diabetics, because it helped stabilize blood sugar levels.

    Vitamin A : 7,700 I.U.
    Vitamin B : Thiamine .09 mg.;
    Riboflavin : .05 mg.
    Niacin : .6 mg.
    Vitamin C : 22 mg.
    Calcium : 30 mg.

    Phosphorus : 49 mg.
    Potassium : 300 mg.
    Fat : .7 gm.
    Carbohydrates : 27.9 gm.

    u r just doing a wonderful job, i am not doing anything. u r driving in a correct way. keep continuing.

    Kugan, same like wheat dosa, u can make ragi dosa. instead of atta u can use ragi flour. this is also nice and healthy.

    Suvai nga thanks for your nice post.
    According to my aunty.
    The mini idlis will become soft, when you add it in the masala.
    The tomatoes will be mushy and there will be liquid.
    If you find your masala very dry, sprinkle little water,
    before you add in the mini idlis.

    Suvai nga you can even do mini idlis with normal idli batter.
    The pepper mini idlis are made with normal idli batter.

    We will wait for dev's comments.
    She has to tell if it is the same dish, or entirely different.
