Sweet potato is very good for health. my husband takes 2 pieces of boiled sweet potato without removing the skin for breakfast.

u r just doing a wonderful job, i am not doing anything. u r driving in a correct way. keep continuing.
Kugan, same like wheat dosa, u can make ragi dosa. instead of atta u can use ragi flour. this is also nice and healthy.

Suvai nga thanks for your nice post.
According to my aunty.
The mini idlis will become soft, when you add it in the masala.
The tomatoes will be mushy and there will be liquid.
If you find your masala very dry, sprinkle little water,
before you add in the mini idlis.
Suvai nga you can even do mini idlis with normal idli batter.
The pepper mini idlis are made with normal idli batter.
We will wait for dev's comments.
She has to tell if it is the same dish, or entirely different.
