    Cooking without any Mixie/Grinder

Hi, I was looking for recipes for students/bachelors who are away from home on work/study and have no mixie/grinder and other traditional tools and are just trying to cook! So do kindly help me on recipes for the following that incorporate substitutes like frozen veg/ginger garlic paste/etc that facilitate faster cooking and involve no grinding, use very little "daals"- coz of lack of availability of many indian-ish ingredients around here:-

    1) No grinder Dosas - wheat dosa, rice flour dosa, etc
    2) veg korma
    3) rasam without any grindin
    .
