The first movie where Thalaivar acted as the protagonist!
WOW. VizhiyilE malarnthathu is there for the past 5 years or so. This one is very new
Thanks for this link. Bhuvana Oru Kelvikuri is one of my all time favorites of Rajini. Very good movie.

Incidentally I also saw parts of MM yesterday. Each and every scene is carefully crafted and it is refreshing to see such films today. Raja's BGM is excellent - idhellaam solli dhaan theriyanumnu illai. I remember posting about ellaam en kairaasi which has awful songs but a soul stirring recurrent violin theme. Only Raja fossible. Hope Rajini's hint about continuing acting is true and perhaps a film with Raja (impossible, I know but can't help thinking about it everytime I see a 70s/80s film of his)

As much as we want Rajini that way, it is impossible though. Only consolation we have to watch those again. Pudhukkavithai is also another classic of Rajini.

Baba rap is a very famous BGM bit but this one where rajini goes to temple is the most awesome BGM piece i have heard from AR to rajini:

konjam bad quality and repeats itself without warning but worth a try.........no prizes for guessing which song evolved out of this "unknown" gem - GVM was the benefitter
