மெல்லிசை மன்னர் காலமாகவில்லை, காலாகாலத்துக்கும் நம் இதயங்களில் நிறைந்து வாழும் இசை வடிவமாகி விட்டார்.

சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னர் விஜய் டிவியின் சூப்பர் சிங்கர் ஜூனியர் நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு கைத்தாங்கலாக அழைத்து வரப் பட்டபோதே நம் இதயம் நெகிழ்ந்தது. மெல்ல மெல்ல ஒவ்வொரு அடியாக எடுத்து வைத்து வந்தார்.

சில நாட்களுக்கு முன் தீவிர சிகிச்சைப் பிரிவில் அனுமதிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளார் என்பதை அறிந்து மனம் பதைபதைத்தது.

இன்று அதிகாலை இசை ரசிகர்கள் மீது பேரிடி விழுந்து விட்டது.

அவர் உடலால் நம்மை விட்டு பிரிந்தாலும் தன அழியாத பாடல்களால் நம்மிடையே என்றென்றும் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருப்பார்.

அவர் புகழைப் போற்றுவதே அவருக்கான சிறந்த அஞ்சலி.

i still remember bringing MSV sir for techofes 1999 light music competition. Madan karky helped us (was 1st year comp.science) to meet him in his house. A memorable moment in my life.

My Condolences to MSV and his family. Though he will be missed as a person, he will linger in our thoughts through his music. I had the great opportunity of meeting and singing in front of the legend on more than three occasions through my father. I will forever savour those moments and the advises he gave me. Thank you MSV.
