Tender Neem leaves and Aavaaram poo

Short of growing our own Neem tree, which currently is not possible due to space and land constraints, does anyone know where I can find a constant supply of tender neem leaves (veppilai kozhundhu)? I need it for medicial preparations. Tekka flower shops have the mature leaves, which they use for making garlands, but does anyone know or have a tree where I can get a good supply. I require a small handful of leaves everyday. Any ideas/suggestions/advice..?

Aavaaram Poo: Anyone knows the actual botanical name for this flower? I've heard of the Senna flower..but the actual botanical name..? Again, I need a good supply of the leaves and flowers for medicinal preparations. Have seen some huge trees along the road side..but I'm not sure whether it's the same or just belong to the cassia family generally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot!
