‘Baana’ is Sathyajyothi’s next film

Sathyajyothi Films, one of the oldest production houses of Tamil Cinema is gearing up for its next venture named ‘Baana’.

‘Jayam Kondaan’ directed by Kannan was the last movie of the company known for its clean family entertainers. With Vinay, Bhavana and Lekha Washington doing the lead roles, the flick was received well at the box office.

The name ‘Baana’ really means “Kite” in Tamil, but as far as the film is concerned it was made in an interesting way. Adharva and Samandha are in the lead cast. Musical score is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

The Pooja of the film will be conducted on Monday in the venue of Vinayaga Temple at AVM Studios. The event will be graced by Rama Narayanan, KRG and Rama Veerapan. Supporting cast of the film includes Karunaas, Manobala amongst others.

Well, we have one more clean family entertainer coming up from the production house.
