I think Neram nalarukku had Ramarajan & Nishanthi( Bhanupriya's sister ) doing the lead roles. It was a Diwali release in 1987 . What a coincidence , the song being( Re)released in TFM after 20 years close to diwali.

Today's pick is the happy version of the song though it has a haunting effect. There is a sad version which was sung by SPB and, I believe, another lady singer.

Wow...what song man. Taxi driver paattai than solluren. Evvalavu naalachu, intha paattai kettu. 80's timele, ceylon radiovil kettathu. Ennai porutha varai intha paatu extremly RARE piece, athil entha maatru karuthum illai. Kalakkiteenga nanba. Ungal pani melum,melum thodarathum.
