Cri(oo)cinfo - The agenda driven glamour girl

She is sexy. She is smart. She is desirable. She has all the figure(s). But she comes with an agenda. Inevitable, did you say?

Cricinfo is the best site in the world for Cricket related facts, figures, live scores and records. But they have been running with an agenda since the last few years - one of furthering the myth that "Only Englishmen(and their cousins) are capable of running cricket fairly and smoothly". Contrary to real life evidence.
And they have such an aversion to Indians, which manifests in multiple forms. Most recently, this manifested itself in the way Ricky Ponting was chosen the Cricketer of the decade, despite being only marginally better in statistics than cricketers acknolwdged as greater far and wide.(ok, I will name him - Tendulkar.)

This thread will capture all the crooked attempts of cricinfo to tarnish Indian Cricket by commissions and omissions and the double standards that pervade this organisation

Rahul Bhattacharya's pooh-poohing of Ponting's selection. But that is not as important as the following:

So, here's the facts - Rahul has voted for Sehwag which means he is in 10th place, but his name was omitted by croocinfo. Good that they allowed Rahul to state this in their own site but that is about all.

Someone please link Christian Ryan's laughable article portraying Ricky Ponting as Cricket's saviour, no less!

Yes, they have tackled Argentina 89 times, but that's still barely 10%. Cricket-la irukkaradhE 8-10 nations. Obviously, one nation would have played another for a large percentage of time. Football-la Brazil has played Germany/Italy only 14 times-Am so Australia's Cricket aura is higher-Am.
How did he even think of this comparison?
