Restaurant Raita???
Hi,
Would someone know how to make raita the way they do it at restaurants?U can barely see onions or cucumber but the taste is incredible.i would appreciate some feedback on this.

hi gvb,
i'm new to the forum. i'm married for 7 months now.
v had been to a hotel n my hubby just fell in luv with the raitha. its just simple. take some thick curds. cut cucumber into cubes. u get something called the dahi vada masala (everest company). add a little of it, a little salt n some sugar too. add the cucumber cubes. here u go!

Hi Mini,
Thanx for ur response..Will defintely try it out..I tried another method of grinding onions ,little corriander leaves with yogurt and adding sour cream,cumin and pepper powder at the end.It came out well too.
