K - No probs with ur post. ARR fans very well know that the song Aaromale was based on Blues and may sound similar to another song from same genre. But, the only problem is bringing in Oscar, Grammy etc for each and every anti-ARR post. Do people think that the guys awarding Grammy / Oscar / GG / BAFTA etc blindly follow ARR and give it as a donation without any musical knowledge / sense?

There is an unmistakable influence of PinkFloyd in this song. But ARR raised a different structure with that foundation. Adhu mattuma , those SriRanjini portions are heavily inspired from IR's "thannan thanimaiyil" part , esp after "amudha megal pozhiya vaarungaL..." thereafter.
