You guys take a look at leave him a piece of your mind in the comments section.

I got this from the ARR Facebook fan page.

Here's what one of the users there commented (to point out the stupidity of his case):

The guy has just gone too far to try to seem valid. He has just altered the other songs to so it sounds similar to SDM. Shows how far pple can go to prove a point. I mean I am sure the academy have recognized the originality of the scores and BGM before awarding Rahman Sir with 2 oscars.

    1. Ringa Ringa: Its said in the album and by Rahman that the song is inspired by Chole Ke Peeche, hence he even used the same singers (Alka Yagnik, and Ella Arun) to render the song. So there is no reason to point this out, cause it was a known fact and everyone knew about it even when it was released. ARR did this only because the director wanted some thing like Chole Ke Peeche in the movie (he said this in another interview)

    2. O Saya: Please listen to the original song he is mentioning Mas que nada by Jorge Ben Jor- . You will see that the guy who posted the comparison thing definitely altered the song so it seems like its a copy. I guess O-Maria has very little similarity to O-Saya but its all about the notes used…so it can just be a coincidence that they both used similar notes. It doesn’t mean that Rahman Sir copied the song full out.

    3. Jai Ho—He did the same for this. Listen to the original Panna Ki Tamanna: . It doesn’t even sound similar, according to my perception and the notes are not even the same.

    4. Aaj ki Raat: Ummm, this guy is kinda late on figuring out that the song is not by Rahman originally, its by Shankar Eshaan Loy for Don. And this is stated in the CDs and I think everybody around the world knows it. ARR didn’t try to claim it as his own. And original score mainly is for the BGM in the movie, and how the music is used to elevate the movie experience. Which in SDM the music really played a great role. And for this ARR totally deserved it.

    5. Liquid Dance: This comparison is also too far fetched in my opinion.

I mean you can be inspired by certain pieces that may come up in your works cause you have been exposed to that inspired piece so much, but to say that the whole created piece is copied is just unjust. I feel this guy just had too much time on his hands, and needs to listen to music to enjoy and not judge and alter.
This video is definitely a joke.
That guy has cleverly used the same background beats and rhythm for that another song to prove O saya is a copy. If somebody falls for that, then he has to be the fool of the highest order.

Regarding the other song comparisons, Its a waste of time to be discussing about them. I mean it is so obvious that he has tried to fool around.

On a lighter note, I was listening to Mozart Symphony 40 and it seems ARR has been slightly inspired by the starting lines coincidentally for Jai Ho / Ellapugazhum
(just a short duration, listen up to 0:06) This appears to be just coincidental, he would'nt even have thought about it.

After all, he's the Mozart of Asia

It is a joke obviously... and it made me laugh..
I think a few are taking these things seriously.

Also I don't think anyone should idolise AR, it's the last thing he wants.

Idol in this context refers to a star of whom one is a fan, not an idol to be worshipped.

Listen to this sample from Blood Diamond to know the calibre of the people with whom ARR competed for the oscars....
