மேலும் புதிய படங்கள்ரொம்ப காலமாக காணாமல் போயிருந்த இயக்குநர் கதிர் மீண்டும் கிளம்பி வருகிறார். இந்த முறை அவரது கையில் 'சிக்கியிருப்பவர்' பரத்.

பாய்ஸில் ஆரம்பித்த பரத்தின் எலிப் பாய்ச்சல், பழனியைத் தொடர்ந்து புலிப் பாய்ச்சலாக மாறியுள்ளது. பால் பாய் போல பாய்ஸில் வந்து போன பரத், முரட்டு பனியனும், உருட்டு அடியுமாக பழனியில் பாய்ச்சல் காட்டியதைப் பார்த்து, அடடே, இந்தப் பூனையும், பீர் குடிக்குமா என்று வியந்து போனார்கள்.

இந்த நிலையில் பரத்தைத் தேடி புதிய படம் ஒடி வந்துள்ளது. அதை இயக்கப் போகிறவரும் சாதாரணமான நபர் இல்லை. காதலர் தினம், இதயம், காதல் தேசம் என சூப்பர் ஹிட் படங்களைக் கொடுத்த கதிர்.

அப்பாஸைக் கண்டுபிடித்து காதல் தேசம் மூலம் தமிழ் தேசத்தில் நடிகராக உலவ விட்டவர் கதிர். இதயம் மூலம் பல காதலர்களை உருக வைத்தவர். காதலர் தினம் மூலம் இன்டர்நெட்டையும், இ-மெயிலையும் பிரபலப்படுத்தி வைத்தார்.

நீண்ட காலமாக இயக்கத்தின் பக்கம் திரும்பிப் பார்க்காமல் இருந்த கதிர் இயக்கிய கடைசிப் படம் காதல் வைரஸ். ஷாலினியின் அண்ணன் ரிச்சர்ட் இப்படத்தில் ஹீரோவாக நடித்திருந்தார். படம் படுத்து விட்டது. அதன் பின்னர் ஐந்து வருடமாக கப்சிப் என்று இருந்த கதிர் இப்போது பரத்துடன் கை கோர்த்து கலக்க வருகிறார்.

தற்போது பரத் ஹரி மற்றும் சுரேஷ் கிருஷ்ணாவின் இயக்கத்தில் பிசியாக நடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார். அப்படங்களை முடித்து விட்டுத்தான் கதிர் படத்துக்கு வருகிறாராம். ஒருவேளை பரத் நடிக்க மறுத்து விட்டால், அல்லது கால்ஷீட் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டால் எதற்கும் இருக்கட்டுமே என்று இன்னொரு ஹீரோவையும் செலக்ட் செய்து வைத்துள்ளாராம் கதிர்.

இப்படத்தின் மூலம் வெளிநாடு வாழ் இந்தியர் ஒருவரை தயாரிப்பாளராக்குகிறார் கதிர். அவரது ஆத்ம நண்பரான ஏ.ஆர்.ரஹ்மான்தான் இப்படத்துக்கும் இசையமைக்கிறார்.

இது ஒரு மியூசிக்கல் சப்ஜெக்ட்டாம். கூடவே காதலும் கதை முழுக்க நெகிழ்ந்தோடுமாம். அதாவது இசையும், காதலும் இணைந்த கதை இது.

காதலை வித்தியாச கோணத்தில் காட்டிய விநோத சிற்பி கதிர். அவரது இயக்கத்தில் வெளியான அத்தனை படங்களிலும் காதலை கண்ணியத்துடன் காட்டியிருப்பார். காதலர்கள் மீது எந்தவித கோபமும் வராத அளவுக்கு அவர்களது பாத்திரப் படைப்பை அத்தனை சிறப்பாக படைத்திருப்பார்.

அதேபோல பரத்தையும் வைத்து அவர் படைக்கப் போகும் காதல் காவியத்திற்காக கோலிவுட் ரசிகர்கள் மட்டுமல்லாது காதல் ரசிகர்களும் கூட ஆவலாக உள்ளனர்.

'காதல்' படத்தில் கடைசிக் காட்சியில் பரத்தை 'ஞமஞமஞமஞம' என்று பாலாஜி சக்திவேல் புலம்ப விட்டிருப்பார்.

There are certain things in the world in which results are pre-determined. ARR-Kadhir combo is one. Awesome songs, extremely pathetic love story/direction, flop movie. Lets hope Kadhir doesnt torture us with his insane direction and give us some sensible stuff. The guy sure does have talent, no doubt.

Not just ARR. IR as well (Idhayam). If shankar films can be appreciated for lack of content and just for songs, I don't know why Kathir should be bashed

I love this combination...
Infact I admired this combination before even i experienced ARR-Shankar combination....

I bugged my uncle to get me a walkman set, for that I have borrowed the "kadhal Desam" cassette from my friend...
And I got it...
thats from when I started listening to songs seriously... :P

I am sure this album would rock and will turn out to be a super-hit...
And I hope this Kadhir learns from all his earlier mistakes, and give out a refreshing love story(its assumed that he only wishes to make love themes)

and yes selva... there is a doubt if this news is authentic...
but though the website guys are being creative in making news, from which corner did they remember this kadhir after 5 years....
