Dhanush reprises Chiranjeevi now
Dhanush forever had a fixation with superstar Rajini. He has used his movie titles and had danced to the remix of his songs. But now he has found a new idol in megastar Chiranjeevi. He is currently shooting for 'Padikkadhavan' and the film will have a remix of a Chiranjeevi song, 'Ra Ra Chilikamma' from the movie 'Choodalani Undi'. Most of the shooting of the film has been completed with only a song remaining to be canned. Another song from the film has also been shot in Switzerland.
'Padikkadhavan' has music scored by Mani Sharma. The composer was behind the original song as well. Another Tamil song from the movie 'Badrakali', has also been remixed for 'Padikkadhavan'. Dhanush and Tamannaah are in the lead roles and Suraaj is directing the flick.
The shooting of the film is expected to be wrapped up in a week and following this the film will be releasing in January.

Vivek-Dhanush rock in Padikkadhavan
Keeping in line with his style of mixing action with high doses of comedy, Suraj has made Padikkadhavan (also referred to as Padikkathavan) a laugh riot in which Vivek and Dhanush team up for the first time. Like his previous ventures Thalainagaram and Marudhamalai, Padikkadhavan will have loads of laughter in the first half and plenty of action in the second half. This ace director is very keen on giving maximum entertainment to his audience.
Apart from comedy scenes involving Dhanush and Vivek plus good action sequences, Tamannaah will be a big crowd puller. Two songs shot in Switzerland featuring Dhanush and Tamannaah will definitely prove to be the film’s highlights according to its director.
Padikkadhavan also stars veteran actors Prathap Pothan, Sayaji Shinde and Suman.

'Padikkadhavan' raising expectations...
It is known news that the film 'Padikkadhavan' is gearing up for hitting the screens and most importantly it has caught attention since the senior comedian Vivek and the action star Dhanush are coming together for the first time. This is being directed by Suraj and like his regular formula, it is said that the first half is completely loaded with humor while the second half goes about with loads of action. The highlight of this venture is the presence of the milk white beauty Tamannah as the heroine.
