    I guess this was 2nd film of Mu.Ka.Muthu (first being piLLaiyO piLLai). Manjula acting in title role, sacrificing for the 2nd heroine V.Nirmala. Also guess Jayachitra acted as Thangai of MKMuthu.

    This is an OK song for me... I'm not a big fan of LRE. IMO, off my head, only kaadhOdu thaan naan paaduvEn stands out among all her songs.
