There are people who like to read below the belt abuses and it is catering to their tastes. When there is an audience they will continue doing it. The article says, he shifted from the address mentioned in the letter pad nearly 10 years ago. Using 10 years old letter pad to write a letter to the Prime Minister and circulating a copy to the media needs a definite guts as many would felt it as an embarrassing and would used a new one instead.
