Job Description



Opening: - Panelists for interviewing Candidates for Various skill sets



Nature of Job: - Based on inputs from the company the panelist will interview prospective candidate located any where in India over phone and will give a score as per defined template. This will be done from home and the panelists should have a phone and an internet connection at home.



Requirements: - Graduate with minimum 4/5 years experience in a development environment and familiar with specific technology pertaining to the area of interview viz DotNet, J2EE, and Main Frame. Should be in a position to visit our office at least once a month either at Madras or at Bangalore



Possible Panelists: - Persons with experience currently not in full time employment due to marriage, relocation, pregnancy and any other such reasons who may want to work from home.



The skill sets required are



DotNet : - VB6, VB.net, C#, ADO.net, ASP.net, XML, Soap besides RUP & UML

J2EE : - Core Java, J2EE, Java servlets Java Script and Advanced Java Tools.

Main Frame: - CICS, Cobol, IDMS, DB2, V/Sam, JCL and Other MF Technologies.



No Of Panelists required:- A Choice of a minimum of 6/7 in each category.



Location :- Anywhere in South India (preferred Chennai / Bangalore
