Here, we need to create a user id (our mail id) and then order thru card / dd. Hope this helps.

I think yes. Even though on the homepage they have mentioned the amount in INR, when we navigate to audiomedia site, they display the cost in equivalent USD also. So, I thik they will ship it to most of the countries.
