Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009

Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru Juniors
After Kovai and Madurai, auditions for the junior version of this Vijay TV programme come to Chennai. Children in the 5 to 15 age group can participate in the first round of auditions, that will take place on August 9, 8 p.m., at Dr. M.G.R. Janaki Matriculation School, 103, Arcot Road, Vadapalani.
The only qualification required for the tiny-tots is they have to make everyone laugh. They will be judged on the basis of their creative stand-up comedy act, mimicry and stage presence.
The children are requested to be present at the venue with their parents/guardian, and bring along their bio-data, photograph and age proof.

The short serial, based on renowned Tamil novelist Lakshmi’s ‘Azhagu Ennum Deivam’, will be aired under the programme, ‘Idhayam Thotta Kadhaigal,’ from August 10 to 13. An estranged couple’s problems and the wife’s helping hand that comes to the husband’s rescue when he loses his eyesight form the story.

Jaya TV welcomes couples who have been married for less than three years to participate in ‘En Aasai Unnodu Dhaan,’ a show to be telecast soon.
Real life pair Malini and Yugendran will be the anchors. Participating couples should bring details about themselves and photographs to any of the places given below:

The film, based on a novel by Alexander Pokrovsky, is directed by Vladimir Khotineko. The film is set in the 1980s Soviet Union.
Two friends, Orlov and Muravyev, who serve at the Black Sea Navy Base in Sevastopol, Crimea, fall in love with the same girl Nelly. Their friendship suffers a blow. When Nelly chooses Muravyev, Orlov struggles with an inferiority complex and becomes an alcoholic.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, both the friends are transferred to the Northern Fleet on the Polar Ocean. One day, a mighty blast destroys their submarine 72 metres below sea level. What follows is a struggle for survival.

Sol Vilaiyattu has had a make-over. Hosted by Aarthi, the game show’s format for the second and final rounds has been changed. In the new Round 2, participants have to form at least 10 words within 30 seconds from a jumble of letters. The third round has a thematic picture, in which are hidden clues to a famous proverb or idiom.

இதில், பிரபல தமிழ் எழுத்தாளர்களின் சிறுகதைகள், வாரம் ஒரு கதையாக ஒளிபரப்பாகிறது. எழுத்தாளர்கள் ஜெயகாந்தன், ராஜேஷ்குமார் உள்ளிட்ட பலரின் கதைகளை தொடர்ந்து பிரபல எழுத்தாளர் லட்சுமியின் "அழகு என்னும் தெய்வம்' என்ற சிறுகதை ஒளிப்பரப்பாகிறது.
கணவன் மனைவி பிரிவிற்கு பிறகு ஏற்படும் மன சலனங்களை சொல்லுகிறது இந்த கதை.
சுஜிபாலா, சதீஸ், அழுகு உள்ளிட்ட பலர் நடித்திருக்கிறார்கள். செல்வபாண்டியன் திரைக்கதை எழுத, சாமுராஜ் வசனம் எழுதியிருக்கிறார். கோமதி செல்வன் இயக்கியிருக்கிறார். இந்த தொடர் ஆகஸ்ட் 10 திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் வியாழக்கிழமை வரை இரவு 8 மணிக்கு ஒளிப்பரப்பாகிறது.

நேயர்களின் பேராதரவுடன் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளை கடந்துள்ள இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் புதிய தமிழ் சொற்கள் அறிமுகப்படுத்தபடுகிறது.
இதில் கலந்து கொள்பவர்களுக்கு பிளாஸ்டிக் பந்தில் கலைந்திருக்கும் எழுத்துகளை வரிசைப்படுத்தி வரும் சொற்றொடரை சொல்லும் தகுதி சுற்று, எட்டு எழுத்துகளிலிருந்து பத்து சொற்களை உருவாக்கும் முதல் சுற்று, திரையில் ஓடும் படத்தை பார்த்து அதற்கு தொடர்புடைய பழமொழியைச் சொல்லும் பட்டுப்புடவைச் சுற்று என மூன்று சுற்றுகள் நடத்தப்படும். மூன்று சுற்றுகளிலும் வெற்றி பெறுபவர்களுக்கு பரிசுகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
தமிழ் ஆர்வத்தைத் தூண்டும் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி திங்கள்கிழமை முதல் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை வரை இரவு 9 மணிக்கு ஒளிபரப்பாகிறது.
