    can anyone tell me that what movie this comes from ?

    not sure of the song, I think it's goes like something with the lines in the middle that goes "poothendrale nee paddi vaa ? or odi vaa ?" the movie had Sharanya and Prabhu, I had a vague memory of one of the characters being mentally ill or omething, I saw this when I was kid so have a very limited memeory.

    any help on what the song is or what the movie is will be much appreaciated.

    I too happen to watch it when i was a kid, that time i seemed to like that movie specially the ending and the main song (the one you mentioned).

    But then i saw an old Jack Nicholson movie, few weeks ago! And Manasukul Mathapu was inspired from that movie (some parts, ending is direct lift!). The name of the movie is One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Its a great movie which won 4 Oscars!
