    the govt can make money if they catch illegal vcd creators and watchers and fine them 1000-4000 rupees!

    I think it should be executed.

    See, maddy, you know people get tickets for "no right turns" "parking tickets", "speeding tickets" and this is the MAJOR INCOME which can pay off the cop salary.

    In India, they can at least try to do that on thiruttu vcd and charge them nominally. I mean my relatives are also culprits. Let them pay and realize that it is indeed a "crime" they are committing.

    Our politicians cant execute anything worthy.

    At least JJ did put some effort.

    But, MK is useless as for this issue is concerned!

    And that maramvetti ramadoss, vaaykizhiya pEsuvaar thamizh thamizh-nu, blame everything on film stars as if politicians are all saints!

    This is very very easy thing to execute on people those who something really wrong. And moreover, govt can make money.

    I am afraid, if it goes on like that people will never realize that they are doing some crime without realizing it.
