tummy after delivery
Can anyone suggest a better way of reducing the tummy after delivery?? whether gym would be a better choice or yoga or swimming??
pls help as lot of ladies are in this forum.

hey,
I am not sure if your doctors suggested exercises... if they did, do that, swimming is quite good for your tummy and I am sure that will help...

yeah.. i hv heard that theres something known as ARTISTIC YOGA which helps us keep our body shape fine and fit.
But only thing is that u need to get a right teacher for this...

Sure- You must ALWAYS learn Yoga from a teacher- no books or cassettes will be as accurate as a Guru. GOOD LUCK!
