Mercury, Mars , Venus , Jupiter and saturn are the planets owning two houses each.
IMHO, they are having delegated responsibilities of planets , Uranus, Neptune Pluto and Mr.X which is the 10th planet.

Like in Music, once 7th note is over, the next note of second Octave starts from the same place (as in flute), same way IMHO after Sun and Moon, the planets that follow own two houses . If you read my article on Astrology and Periodic table, the planets follow electrone placement rule of 2, 8 , 18 etc.

i like to know if you analyzed any like below
saturn in 4th house there are chances person born will lose his sight.

mars or lord of 8th house occupy the ascendant and be also aspected by Venus or Jupiter could become be one-eyed.

there will be a spot in the eye or troubles seeing
if Mars and the Moon be conjoined (in a single house and) in the same degree
or Mercury in front of Sun , Venus in 1st house or 8th house and be aspected by a malefic .

I will endorse sri Sudhaama's statement that 2nd house rules over eyesight. Also 12th house.

SHUKRA SENDU TRIKASTHO , JANUSHI NISHI NARA SYATTADA ANDHAKATWAM.
So says a sloka in Jathakalankar. It means, If sukra is with Moon in 3,6,8 and 12th house, the jathaka loses eyesight and turns blind.

This rule is very well proven.
In addition, I have seen Venus and Moon in Lagna also gives blindness/weak eyes. Example is Steve Wander.
