    For knowing (arivare) the route (pathava) to reach Lord Shiva (shiva)
    It starts (modalu) with guidance (pathave) of Teacher (guru)
    To know (arivare) about KUDALASAMGAMADEVA (kUDalasaMgamadEvana)
    It starts (modalu) with joining (saMgave) of Sharanas (sharaNara)
    (sharaNaru - devotees/followers of Lord Shiva)

    What can be (Avudayya) a religion (dharma), if it does not have compassion (dayavillada)?
    Compassion (dayavE) is the thing needed (bEku) in all (sakala) the lives (prANigaLalli)
    Compassion (dayavE) is the root (mUlavayya) of the religion (dharmada)
    KUDALASANAGAMA will not appreciate such religion without compassion (kUDalasaMgayyanaMtalladollanayya).

    They don’t believe (naMbaru), they don’t trust (nechcharu) simply/just (baride) they call (karevaru)
    People (manujaru) of this (I) world (jagada) don’t know to believe (naMbalariyaru)
