URGENT!
We just finished making Aloo Gobi but after we tasted, we could bite sand particles in it- is there anything that can be done, because there's hardley any time before the guests arrive and lots of cleaning to be done. *Sigh!*

Add water to aloo gobhi and let sand particles settle down. Once done, again add masalas and salt. If needed, do the tadka again.
If you have old gravy after removal of salt, you may use it carefully.

JUST ADD WATER THAT CAN SUBMERGE THE CURRY FULLY . JUST SUBMERGE. GENTLY SHAKE TO PRY THE SAND PARTICLES LOOSE AND LET THEM SETTLE AT THE BOTTOM.
