How Many variety of Dosa's & Chutneys exist from Southern India ( Eg : Dosa's - Saatha , Masala , Rawa , Onion , Cheese , ...... etc : Chutneys - Cocunut , Tomatoe , Mint .......... )

Once I went to Sangeetha Bhavan as they advertised that they had 60 varieties of dosas. We could order as many dosas as possible, any type of dosa, and they charged Rs.60/- i think for one person. Keerai dosai was excellent. There was something called Upma Dosai. The name was different, so i decided to try that. Finally when it arrived, i found that it was nothing but dosa with a bit of upma inside instead of potato masala. Then i thought that if they called this a variety of dosa, then why 60, they can easily make 200 or even more of such varieties !!!!!!

But all said and done, dosa is dosa, and nothing to beat it, isnt it ?
