Meaning of word kandarpa

I was Looking for the meaning of the word.. "kandarpa" in krithi

Kandarpa Janaka garuda gamana by annamacharya

we often hear the word kandarpa in his compostions, they are couple of other krithis too ..

I am not sure if it is the Brahma .. . or kamala

kandarpa means 'God of love' kaamadeva or manmatha.
kandarpa janaka refers to vishnu, father of kandarpa.
