A Sadhona Bose song?
Though Sadhana Bose sang in some films, according to some the singer might have been Suprabha Ghosh/Sarkar.

Naushad and M.S.Viswanathan
I happened to watch a few minutes of a TV show about M.S.Viswanathan where he mentioned using Naushad's tune and sang a line from the Hindi song
" Tu Mera Chaand Mein Teri Chandni..." from Dillagi (1949). Here is that song:
The Tamil song in the same tune:
"poo maalaiyil Or malligai...." from Ooty varai uravu:
A short break from my long break, again !

Rajraj,
I do not find much similarity but I am not an expert on these things. Both are enjoyable.
