Hi all!

UKTV Food is looking for people to take part in a new 20 part food series. We need YOUR recipes and stories that best reflect contemporary food culture in the UK today. This will be a true celebration of the culinary culture of the UK.

We’re looking for recipes with a strong story – a recipe handed down through generations, a classic recipe with a twist, an unusual regional specialty or perhaps a signature recipe created to celebrate a significant event. Above all, the recipes must look and taste great.

It is definitely not about being flash and showing off culinary prowess. It’s about what we really eat in our homes.
