perfumes for the wardrobe and house

Hello all,
I would like to know what good and not-too-expensive american perfumes to keep the clothes in your wardrobe from getting a stale smell. What brands do you recommend?

Also I have heard that there are some liquid perfumes that we can use during the washing and dryer stage itself. Anyone can recommend some brands?

Also I would like to keep the house free of spice smell from the kitchen. What are the best room fresheners in the US?
