    Could I get recipes of Beef Samosas and Indian Butter Chicke

    Could people please give me their Beef Samosas and Indian Butter Chicken. I would also like a great dhal soup recipe. That would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    I make samosos with minced meat (mutton ) which u can repalces with beef if u want

    500 g of minced meat
    2 minced oniins
    1/2 cup of grated carrot
    1/2 cup of grated cabbage
    1/2 cup of grean peas
    2 tomatoes (purée d)
    1 teaspoon of garlic paste
    1 table spoon of garam masala powder
    1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    3 pods of clove
    Green chillies cut (depends on hos hot you want)
    Coriander leaves

    Heat oil and fry the minced meat until water evaporates nd mince it once again keep aside.
    Heat oil put clove pods fry bit and then add onions and fry until they are translucent add tomatoes garlic and add very small amount of water to let the gravy form and then add the spice powders n dfry well at low heat, add the meat, salt and vegetables and cover and let it cook at low heat until all th ewater evaportaes garnish with coriander.

    Make chapati dove with flour butter, salt and water(1 bowl flour tablespoon butter and enough water)

    Make small balls flatten with pastry roll into thin round using flour to make the dough less sticky.

    Make cones with the dough circles put one good spoon of stuffing and seals ends by pressing and deep fry.


    Butter chicken
    Marinade
    1 kg chicken cut
    1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
    1 table spoon garam masala powder
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon red color powder
    1 tablespoon chilipowder
    1 cup of yogurt
    leave the chicken for about 3 hours

    for gravy
    2 big onions
    1 cup of tomato puree
    2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
    1 tablespoon of chicken masale(khuzambu powder )
    1/2 cup of fresh cream

    Fry the onions in a cup of butter until transluscent add tomatoes and fry until oil seperates and then add the ginger garlic paste and spice powder(u can replace it with a mix of coriander and chilli powders) fry well add the chicken marinade fry well in high heat for 5 minutes simmer add the fresh cream and let it cook. Serve with hot rice or chapatis.
